Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the old city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and featured air conditioning, though I did encounter some noise from nearby construction in the morning. The included breakfast was underwhelming and could definitely use some improvement, but the communal areas were a lovely place to unwind in the evenings. Overall, it offers great value for the price, but a few aspects could be enhanced.
I had a lovely stay at Smile House Boutique. The rooms are clean and well air-conditioned, which made my 7-day visit very pleasant. The location helps you escape the hustle and bustle of downtown, and the staff were attentive and helpful. However, there were some minor issues like thin walls and limited facilities that could be improved. Overall, it’s a charming hideaway I would consider visiting again.
My stay started with trouble as my reservation was canceled upon arrival, which was extremely frustrating. However, after some back and forth, I was able to get a room, but I ended up paying more than my initial reservation. The room itself was not great; it was dirty and had ants everywhere. Although the location was convenient for exploring Chiang Mai, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially given the price. I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value.
I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel, which is just a short walk from the old city, making it a peaceful retreat from the typical tourist hustle. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, but the breakfast left much to be desired. The communal areas are fantastic for relaxing, but I did encounter some noise from nearby construction. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.
I really enjoyed my stay at Smile House Boutique. The location is peaceful yet close to all the markets, making it convenient to explore. The rooms were clean and well air-conditioned, but I found them to be quite small and the walls thin, which was a bit distracting at times. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially Steve, who provided great recommendations. However, improvements could be made regarding comfort and amenities in the rooms.
